About Amber R. Kershaw

Amber R. Kershaw founded her law practice with a simple promise: to stand beside people when they need a strong, compassionate advocate the most, to navigate valleys together. Since being admitted to the Minnesota Bar in 2014, she has devoted her career to serving individuals and families navigating injury, disability, and other deeply personal legal matters.

Her commitment to disability advocacy comes from lived experience. For years, she managed a home ICU for a close family member, coordinating complex medical care day and night. That journey gave her both an intimate understanding of the struggles families face and an unshakable drive to make sure no one has to fight alone.

A former U.S. Army Captain, Amber R. Kershaw, Esq., continues her service as an engaged volunteer in her community. Her experiences, combined with her legal training, have inspired and shaped a practice built on integrity, resilience, and service to others.
